Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; training/licensing cost covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess interior and exterior pest protection needs and present customized plans.
• Identify termite activity and pest concerns during home visits and recommend solutions.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended protection options.
• Build trust through professional consultations and excellent customer service.
• Follow up on leads and manage sales pipeline to achieve income goals.
