Job summary

Orkin is seeking top sales talent to build a long-term career with uncapped earnings and the backing of a trusted pest-control brand. You’ll perform home inspections, present findings, and close deals, while managing appointments with an iPad and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• OSHA-compliant PPE may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Build trust by explaining findings and recommending treatments.
• Close sales by showcasing value and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity.
