Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to join a team trusted for termite protection and pest control expertise. You will conduct 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace, present findings, and design protection plans to protect homeowners' biggest investments.

You’ll earn base pay plus uncapped commissions with top earning potential, a company vehicle, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; we cover training and licensing.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in compliance with state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve income and performance goals.
