Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the United States to build trust with homeowners, inspect properties, and close service sales. You will manage appointments, present options, and drive growth with the support of Orkin’s brand and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
• Use ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections (from attic to crawl space).
• Build trust by explaining findings clearly and recommending options.
• Close sales by showcasing value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads and opportunities.
