Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the Grand Island, NE area. You will perform full-home inspections from attic to crawl space, explain findings clearly, and recommend the best pest-control solutions to homeowners. You’ll close sales by demonstrating value, protection, and long-term benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to climb and work in various weather conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safe ladder use within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Wear PPE including respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Build trust by clearly explaining findings and recommended treatments.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
