Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required. Training and licensing costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity and pest concerns and educate customers about inspection findings.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer’s needs.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
