Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the United States. The role offers uncapped earning potential through base pay plus commission, with award-winning training and a strong support structure from a trusted pest-control brand.

You’ll conduct home inspections, build trust, and close sales to protect homeowners’ investments. You’ll manage appointments, use an iPad for documentation, and work independently while representing Orkin with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wears PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator when needed.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads.
