Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the United States to convert leads into long-term pest control contracts. You will perform full-home inspections and clearly explain treatment options, earning through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Top performers have potential to reach $150,000–$200,000+ annually with a company vehicle and comprehensive training. No pest control experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to explain findings clearly and close sales.
• Willingness to climb, crawl, or work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Build trust and explain findings to homeowners.
• Close sales by presenting value and long-term protection of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with an iPad.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity.
