Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the United States to convert inspections into long-term pest control solutions. You’ll build trust with homeowners, explain findings, and close deals using a proven sales process.

Qualifications

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• Love meeting new people and helping solve real problems.

• Can work independently and stay organized.
• Don’t mind climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the best treatment options.
• Close sales by showcasing the value, protection, and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
