Orkin is seeking aSales Inspector to perform thorough home inspections and build trust with homeowners. You will present options, close sales, and manage scheduling and paperwork using the provided iPad.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
