Pest USA is seeking a Pest Control Route Technician to join our field team. You’ll protect homes and businesses by delivering pest and termite services with precision and care.

You'll start with training, earn certifications, and have opportunities to increase earnings through incentives while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach on every visit. Travel across service routes, log products used, operate safety-conscious equipment, and keep vehicles, tools, and paperwork in top

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Pest or termite control experience is a plus, training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field solving pest problems and protecting homes and businesses.
• Perform routine pest control and specialized termite services.
• Identify additional service needs, provide quotes, and upsell where appropriate.
• Locate, evaluate, and log bait stations and log products used on-site.
• Maintain safety, equipment, and vehicle readiness on every job.
