Palisade Pest Control in Missouri is seeking a dependable field technician to perform recurring pest control services for regular customers, following a route schedule and safely applying treatments per policy.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and be able to obtain a pest control license; strong communication and basic tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must obtain pest control license by passing state exam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic technology skills (mobile, email, texting, iPad).
• US citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring pest control services for regular customers.
• Follow a route schedule and arrive on time, treat customers respectfully and select appropriate treatments.
• Operate company vehicle safely and keep it clean.
• Complete required documentation after each property visit.
• Respond to customer needs, including re-services, as needed.
