Orkin is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician (Will Train) in Richmond, VA. You will join a team with a long-standing reputation for top-notch service and will begin with award-winning training to become a Pro in pest control.

You will drive a company vehicle on a scheduled route, interact with customers, and offer comprehensive pest management solutions while benefiting from the company’s training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent completed.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field and interact with customers.
• Compliance with applicable state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn to operate a pest control service route as a Pro.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the assigned territory.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Serve as a problem solver to decide on effective pest solutions for each customer.
• Complete required service documentation using the provided handheld device.
