Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician (Will Train) to join our team. You’ll work in a growing, stable industry with award-winning training, a company vehicle with a gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package.

No industry experience required—the Orkin Pro program will train you to manage pest control routes, work safely, and deliver high-quality service. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; pesticide license must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required—we'll train you to be a Pro!
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services
• Serve as a problem solver for pest solutions tailored to each customer
• Complete all required service-related documentation using a handheld device
