Job summary

Orkin is hiring in Atlanta for an entry-level Pro who will deliver pest management on a designated service route. Training is provided and prior pest control experience is not required. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and professional conduct throughout daily operations.

You will operate a company vehicle on assigned routes, maintain documentation, and strive to meet customers' pest management needs with Orkin’s evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we'll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness
• Interact professionally with customers and coworkers
• Explain actions taken and discuss additional services to provide peace of mind
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' properties
• Complete service-related documentation in a handheld device
