Qualifications

• No industry experience required—Orkin provides award-winning training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently on assigned routes and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to learn skills and knowledge for customer service.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness.
• Communicate actions taken to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties and educate on pest management.
