Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to serve customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow route and daily operation schedule within territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Understand customer needs and propose effective pest management solutions
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services
• Inspect interior and exterior properties as part of service
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss additional services
• Complete all service-related documentation on handheld device
