Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join its pest control team in the United States. You’ll receive paid training from day one with no prior pest control experience required, and you’ll contribute to protecting homes and businesses from pests.

As an Orkin Pro, you will identify pest issues, explain findings, and recommend services while following safety protocols. The role offers stability, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
• Explain findings and recommend services to help customers feel secure and informed.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Use handheld devices to log findings, complete service reports, and track interactions.
