Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license as required by state.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal/state/local regulations.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn across all pest control areas.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect client properties to identify pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and reducing future infestation risks.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
• Assist with sales to current customers and expand products to new customers.
• Maintain and service pest control equipment and vehicles.
• Follow local, state, and federal pest control and safety regulations.
