Orkin is hiring in Los Angeles for an Orkin Pro. You’ll join a team dedicated to protecting customers’ businesses with on-route service, award-winning training, and a strong safety culture. No industry experience is required to start a career with growth potential at Orkin.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle/equipment.
• Demonstrate professionalism with customers and coworkers.
• Act as a problem solver by listening to customers and recommending efficient Pest solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties; training provided.
• Communicate actions taken and discuss additional pest management services.
• Complete all service-related documentation on a handheld device.
