HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Installer to service homes, install the Taexx System, and provide exceptional customer service along a dedicated route in Texas. You will work on a schedule to ensure timely arrivals at each job site and uphold a professional appearance in the company truck and uniform.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid driver\'s license with the ability to obtain termite licensing, paid

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver\'s license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
