Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to turn drive and people skills into a long-term pest-control sales career—backed by the Orkin brand and award-winning training.

You will perform full-home inspections, explain findings, and close sales by highlighting protection value. Manage appointments via iPad, work independently, and represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Use a ladder safely within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by illustrating value and long-term protection of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
