Job summary

Turner Pest Control is seeking a Universal Technician to perform pest control services across residential and commercial properties. You will follow a preset daily route, identify pest problems, and provide effective detection, elimination, and prevention solutions. The role requires outdoor work, ability to lift 50lb packs, and safe operation of equipment.

Some Saturdays may be required. The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, communicates well with customers, and can navigate varying weather

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently, manage route-based work, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with respectful, professional pest control assistance.
• Identify pest problems and propose solutions.
• Perform pest control services on a preset daily route.
• Complete applications of fertilizers, pesticides, and related products as directed.
• Operate handheld equipment to manage service calls and documents.
• Travel locally within assigned territory for daily routes.
