Job summary

Turner Pest Control is hiring a Universal Technician to perform pest control services across residential and commercial sites. You will handle on-site duties, follow safety protocols, and report on daily routes. The role requires interacting with customers and teamwork across branches.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, comfortable outdoors in varying weather, and committed to excellent customer service. Training is provided; Saturdays may be required. Local daily travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with respectful, professional service for pest control needs.
• Identify pest problems and propose solutions.
• Perform pest detection, elimination and prevention on a daily route.
• Carry out applications of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides as assigned.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Travel locally within the assigned territory for daily services.
