Orkin Pro is hiring to join a service team delivering residential pest control. You’ll receive extensive training, drive a company vehicle on a defined route, and communicate with customers to tailor pest management plans. No prior industry experience is required; a pesticide license is pursued within 90 days, and benefits include medical coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days (paid by the company)
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments
• Customer-focused and able to interact with customers effectively

Responsibilities

• Complete training and learn to operate a pest control service route as a Pro
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule in the assigned territory
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services
• Act as a problem solver to determine efficient pest solutions for customers
• Complete service documentation using a handheld device for speed and accuracy
