Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking a Pest Control Service Manager to lead field operations across a Charlotte/Raleigh territory. You will supervise pest control technicians, ensure service delivery, maintain compliance with NC and SC regulations, and act as escalation point for customer issues.

The role requires an active licensed applicator and several years of field supervision experience, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and customer satisfaction. Remote-capable with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active structural pest control applicator credential in the assigned state (NC Phase P/W or SC Cat 7A)
• Minimum 3–5 years pest control field experience
• Experience supervising or training field staff
• Solid understanding of NCDA&CS, Clemson DPR regs, FIFRA, and documentation standards
• Strong knowledge of pest identification across common structural pests
• Proficiency in pest control business software for scheduling, service records, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and oversee daily service routes for technicians
• Conduct ride-alongs and inspections to evaluate performance and quality
• Serve as on-call resource for field emergencies and escalations
• Monitor customer satisfaction scores and follow-up on issues
• Supervise technicians and provide coaching and onboarding
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper record-keeping
