The Additional Services Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of specialized services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, German roach and rodent control, wildlife removal, and flea, tick, and bed bug treatments. This role requires a commitment to high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction across all additional service offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail.
2. Interact with customers to explain service features and benefits, providing exceptional customer service.
3. Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate, organized records.
4. Maintain equipment, vehicle, and personal safety gear in good working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer records.

Qualifications:

1. Must have 1+ years of customer service experience, knowledge of construction, and basic handy skills, including experience with ladders and power tools.
2. Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
3. Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Pay and Benefits

EcoShield is proud to offer competitive pay and full benefits!

• This position offers an hourly base pay range of ($19.00 - $20.00)/hour, with most team members earning between $55,000 - $60,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
