Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical network service management.
• Strong background in 2nd and 3rd level support for LAN/WAN/WLAN.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local technical SME for network and security issues.
• Oversee LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, supporting Cisco and Huawei equipment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance using tools.
