Job summary

You will monitor health, analyze performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead infrastructure projects such as ERP, cybersecurity, and site implementations, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• CCNA or higher certification required or preferred.
• Six or more years of hands-on network troubleshooting in multi-site environments.
• Experience with Cisco networking platforms and architectures.
• Experience with SD-WAN and SASE technologies.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols, network security and core networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT leadership to translate initiatives into network capacity, design, and security requirements.
• Develop and maintain standardized methods for testing and deploying LAN/WAN hardware and configurations.
• Assist with network infrastructure projects that enhance performance, resiliency, or functionality.
• Install, configure, and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and related tools.
• Diagnose and resolve network performance issues and provide incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead infrastructure modernization, ERP, cybersecurity, and site implementation projects.
• Travel up to 20% for on‑site installations, troubleshooting, or project work.
• Ensure deployments follow industry best practices and vendor recommendations.
