Personnel / Warehouse Coordinator role at Atlas NextWave
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personnel / Warehouse Coordinator responsible for the smooth and efficient coordination of both warehouse operations and personnel management functions.
Port Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Fairwinds Landing Terminal Access List for offshore substation package-related inquiries only.
- Ensure all necessary port compliance documents and correspondence are completed for personnel to operate at designated ports.
- Coordinate the loading of cargo onto CTVs.
- Escort personnel as needed.
- Submit communications to MCC for onboarding new offshore personnel.
- Facilitate planning and communication for deploying personnel offshore for project needs.
- PAX Planning & OSS Vessel Transport Coordination: Responsible for organizing and relaying the following information to personnel going offshore:
- Required PPE for offshore work.
- Transit and transport details regarding port calls and CTVs.
- Updates on available CTVs and response to personnel inquiries.
- Perform compliance checks and follow up to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Assign and distribute PPE and workwear to all Semco personnel, ensuring everyone is equipped before departure.
Package Communication
- Distribute official transport plans to stakeholders, covering CTVs and port call logistics.
- Maintain and share the updated PAX forecast Excel sheet with all relevant stakeholders.
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of PPE and workwear, maintaining communication with procurement to ensure sufficient stock levels for offshore operations.
- Inventory and audit all materials in the warehouse and items sent offshore.
- Oversee warehouse maintenance and manage trash disposal arrangements.
- Organize and arrange warehouse materials and offshore-returned equipment.
- Prepare and manifest cargo for offshore shipment.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Warehouse Operation
- Must live within commutable distance to Norfolk, VA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
