Job Description

Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency personnel security program.

Summary Of Duties Include But Not Limited To

• Participates in the direction of less complex security assessment investigations and rendering of appropriate adjudication recommendations.
• Conducts, reviews, and analyzes a variety of interviews.
• Provides support, analysis, and research into complex PERSEC problems and processes.
• Completes written reports and/or oral presentations.
• Initiates and performs extensive indices checks, arrest record checks, and the like to obtain pertinent information.
• Requests, receives, reviews, and analyzes agency files and related material for security risk assessment.
• Prepares summaries and correspondence for investigations.
• Guides investigation initiation, sets leads in accordance with standards and policies.
• Analyzes investigative reports for compliance and adequacy.
• Recommends polygraph and interview needs based on analysis.
• Reviews and analyzes investigation results and interview outcomes to determine security clearance suitability.
• Prepares formal written analyses.
• Coordinates with other agency components as needed.
• Performs security assessment investigations and provides recommendations.
• Assists with case briefings and debriefings.

Required Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a CI polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in personnel security investigations or analysis.
• Experience with database checks and credit reports.
• Experience with routine office administrative functions.
• Strong analytical skills to review and identify security vulnerabilities and investigative leads.
