Job summary

ITMS, Inc. is seeking a security support specialist to manage personnel security files, respond to security actions, and aid in developing procedures for protecting classified material.

The role requires ensuring adherence to DOD/Navy security policies and coordinating with DISS, e-QIP, and other clearance systems. The candidate will conduct security briefings, arrange foreign travel clearances, and oversee badge access, visitor management, and security audits at the command facility.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance at the time of application is required.
• Intermediate skills in office automation and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with security procedures and handling classified information.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service counter support and file/upload security records.
• Monitor and assist in submitting responses for security actions in the folder.
• Assist in developing security procedures for physical protection of personnel and material.
• Advise on classification procedures, courier requirements, and release of classified docs.
• Prepare security briefings and conduct orientation for new personnel.
• Manage access control, badges, and security systems; report violations.
