Reklaim Watches is seeking a Designated Selling Associate in New York to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will educate customers on product trends, assist with merchandising, and keep the department ready for shoppers in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build lasting relationships, guide customers on style and fit, and participate in creating a memorable in-store experience while supporting team goals and Nordstrom Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate customer relationships.
• Ability to excel in a competitive team environment and manage a flexible schedule.
• Ability to understand sales reporting and recommend items to fit customer style.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, appointments, and follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide guidance on style, fit, and product value.
• Educate customers and peers about products, trends, and brand knowledge.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, displays, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.
• Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and sharing product feedback with the department manager.
