Sephora Nashville is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth, confidence and a passion for beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll help customers express their unique style and build confidence.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling to cover evenings, weekends and holidays, with pay between $18.00 and $20.50 per hour and comprehensive healthcare for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
