Job summary

Sephora in Nashville is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll educate, inspire, and energize customers while delivering personalized service and product recommendations.

The role is part-time with flexible scheduling, in-store training, and a supportive team culture. You’ll collaborate to meet store goals, ensure quality service, and promote a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through beauty services, client care, and rebooking.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s menu; stay updated on trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
