Paragon Skills is seeking a remote-based assessor-coach to support a caseload of learners through Level 3 safeguarding. You will deliver engaging teaching using digital tools, influence learner motivation, and ensure progress from induction to gateway and EPA.

Salary: Up to £33,000.00
Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday) with flexible working options
In this role, you will support and guide a caseload of learners throughout their level 3 safeguarding journey, providing high‑quality coaching from induction through to gateway and End‑Point Assessment. You will deliver engaging learning experiences using a blend of digital tools and varied teaching methods, ensuring every learner stays motivated, confident, and on track.
As the role requires sector competence, you will draw on your background in areas such as CQC‑regulated settings, Ofsted‑aligned environments, Adult Care, or similar safeguarding‑focused sectors to contextualise learning and support apprentices effectively.
So whilst you'll be doing a lot of great things with your learners, like managing them effectively to timely completion, there is a lot of these that as a PT with us you won't be doing.
