Personal Training Sales Manager (Head Coach)

Overview

We are seeking a Personal Training Sales Manager to enhance our Retro Fitness franchise by conducting training programs that boost club performance in alignment with our brand and core values. Our personal training department, Retro Results, focuses on generating positive energy and overcoming obstacles for clients. You will be immersed in our Retro Operations culture to understand our strengths. We are a results-driven facility with various membership options tailored to fitness goals. This is a full-time position compliant with all State and Federal regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals as set by management.
  2. Scheduling staff hours within the company budget.
  3. Scheduling Retro Results Training Services.
  4. Ensuring the credibility of Retro Results Fitness services and the overall outlet.
  5. Leading Retro Results Coaches by example.
Work Environment

Primarily within the Retro Fitness Outlet, with potential outside marketing events.

Reporting Structure

Supervised by the General Manager and managing Personal Trainers (Coaches).

Qualifications
  • Strong desire to help others reach fitness goals.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to conduct training for groups of various sizes.

  • Understanding of physical fitness principles and exercise techniques.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Certifications: NASM, ACE, NSCA, or ACSM.
  • CPR/AED certification.

Additional duties may be assigned or modified by the General Manager or Owners.
