Qualifications

• Certification required within the first 120 days from a list of nationally accredited programs.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader: Engage with current or new members daily.
• Set them up with a personal trainer and align with dotFIT programs.
• Customer Service Concierge: address questions and assist with sessions or billing.
• Team Builder: foster a collaborative environment and emphasize trainer expertise.
