The Maxx Fitness Clubzz in Maumee, OH is seeking an experienced Personal Training Director to drive PT programs, grow client base, and lead the training team. This role offers strong earning potential and a bonus/revenue sharing package, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will oversee sales of personal training, onboard new members, coordinate schedules, hire/train staff, and ensure exceptional member service. Leadership, sales skills, and fitness passion are essential in this fast-growing club.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience growing a personal training client base.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly with fitness industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal training programs.
• Communicate daily and monthly game plan to trainers, managers, and staff.
• Provide superior customer service to members and clients.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach personal training staff.
