Position Overview
As a Personal Training Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force behind our fitness programs, combining your passion for fitness with your exceptional sales skills. You will assign a team of dedicated personal trainers to their clientele, setting and surpassing sales targets while fostering a positive and motivating environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with current or new members daily.
- Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff experience.
- Set them up with the personal trainer that has the dedication and availability to guide their goals, integrating Dotfit programs to help them achieve and set new goals.
- Address customer questions, comments, or concerns.
- Assist clients with tasks such as booking sessions and updating billing information.
- Foster a collaborative environment where everyone works together toward club goals.
- Engage and build the perceived value of the assigned trainer as a subject matter expert to ensure a smooth, results‑driven experience and develop trust in your team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
- Certification in one or more of the following must be acquired within the first 100 days of employment.

- National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA)
- National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT)
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
- International Sports Sciences Association (NCCA accredited)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
- Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
Compensation
- $50,000 - $60,000 total annual earnings potential.
- Uncapped commission structure (base pay + commission + monthly bonuses).
