Job summary

Workout Anytime is seeking a Sales Leader to grow the Personal Training department through consultative sales, exceptional member experiences, and leadership.

This role focuses on conducting Success Sessions, selling Personal Training programs, and building a client base while driving member retention and revenue. Competitive hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses accompany leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or related degree) preferred.
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
