Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the selling process of the CrunchOne Kickoff.
• Ensure proper execution of the Client Journey.
• Deliver high-quality programs to clients.

Skills

Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design

Sales, communication, and rapport building skills

Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills

Ability to adjust and operate all club equipment

Member service focus

Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
