Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training technique and program design.
• Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that club members have access to trained professional fitness staff.
• Hire and train Personal Trainers.
• Monitor and achieve revenue goals related to personal training.

Skills

Knowledge of Crunch Certified Personal Training Program

Experience in coaching/motivating groups

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Ability to generate and demonstrate a positive attitude

Education
