Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Personal Training Department Supervisor to oversee all PT operations at a designated location. You will recruit, hire, schedule and train new personal trainers while driving profitability and ensuring member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include tracking consultations and sessions, reporting weekly/monthly results, coordinating with the Club Manager, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely documentation and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a national recognized personal training certification and CPR certification.
• Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for a Genesis location.
• Recruit, hire, schedule and train new personal trainers.
• Monitor profitability of the personal training program and cover member follow-up.
• Meet with Club Manager to ensure club requirements and operations.
• Prepare profitability/goal reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
