Job summary

EōS Fitness in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a high‑volume gym’s personal training team. You’ll coach trainers, support development, and foster a positive environment that drives client satisfaction, retention, and results.

Reporting to Fitness Manager, this full‑time role focuses on improving quality and profitability of the PT department, from hiring to ongoing development and performance management.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Personal Training Certification
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must pass background check
• Experience leading training staff or teams
• Strong coaching and development capabilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner/operator of day-to-day management of the personal training staff
• Partner with Fitness Manager on day-to-day management of the personal training business
• Drive the team to meet or exceed PT targets each month
• Lead high-value PT orientation sessions to maximize new client acquisition
• Identify opportunities to grow and improve the PT department
• Oversee and improve the PT experience to drive revenue growth and retention
• Own trainer lifecycle from sourcing to hiring, onboarding, development, and performance
• Lead ongoing trainer coaching through regular meetings
• Minimize trainer turnover through coaching and support
