Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
CPR/AED certification required; uncaptured Team Players must complete training within 30 days.
Minimum 1 year experience in personal training or fitness leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead Personal Trainers and implement member attraction strategies.
Ensure high-quality execution of personal training programs.
Serve as a point of contact for member feedback and engagement.
