This role involves overseeing the personal training program, ensuring quality experiences for members while supporting trainers in achieving performance goals. Responsibilities also include addressing member feedback, promoting fitness programs, and maintaining operational standards. Candidates should have leadership experience and a relevant education/certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR/AED certification required; uncaptured Team Players must complete training within 30 days.
• Minimum 1 year experience in personal training or fitness leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Personal Trainers and implement member attraction strategies.
• Ensure high-quality execution of personal training programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for member feedback and engagement.
