Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Personal Training Manager to lead our personal training team in high-volume gyms. This full-time role focuses on maximizing the team's quality and profitability, ensuring top-tier service for members.

The manager will oversee all aspects of the trainer lifecycle, enhance client retention, and work closely with the Fitness Manager to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year as an EōS personal trainer or managerial experience.
• Must be at (or equivalent to) L2 or Master Coach level as an EōS personal trainer.
• Must have CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the personal training staff.
• Collaborate with the Fitness Manager on personal training business management.
• Drive team performance to exceed established PT targets.
