Crunch Fitness in Huntington Beach is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-energy PT department. You will recruit, coach, and develop a team of trainers while driving PT revenue and converting leads into clients. You’ll deliver exceptional service, monitor performance, and align with the Crunch brand promise: No Judgments. Just Results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• CPR certification required.
• Nationally accredited PT certification or a B.S. in Exercise Science/Kinesiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and level-up your squad of Personal Trainers.
• Drive PT revenue and sales performance.
• Turn leads into clients and clients into raving fans.
• Ensure clients keep coming back with top-tier service and measurable results.
• Read reports and course-correct to optimize outcomes.
• Oversee program design to deliver client glow-ups.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree = bonus points
• CPR certified
• One or more of the following:
  • Nationally accredited PT certification
  • B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS

• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer
• Management experience leading teams of 3-10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
• Consultative sales experience - We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Move around the club like you own it
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
• Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
• Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warm-up weight)
