Crunch Fitness in Huntington Beach is seeking a dynamic Personal Training Manager to lead a growing team of trainers, drive revenue, and deliver real results for members.

You’ll recruit, coach, and retain talent; oversee program design; and partner with departments to uphold Crunch's No Judgments. This role rewards professionalism, hustle, and heart.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• CPR certification required.
• Nationally accredited PT certification or a related degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a squad of Personal Trainers.
• Drive PT revenue and performance targets.
• Convert leads into clients and deliver outstanding service.
• Keep clients engaged with results and relationship-building.
• Read reports, analyze data, and adjust programs.
• Oversee program design to ensure client growth.
• Collaborate with all departments to uphold the Crunch brand promise: No Judgments. Just Results.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High School Diploma or GED required

  • Nationally accredited PT certification
  • B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS

• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer
• Management experience leading teams of 3-10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
• Consultative sales experience - We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Move around the club like you own it
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
• Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
• Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warm-up weight)
