Crunch Fitness in New York seeks a Personal Training Manager with a proven sales background to grow the club's personal training business and lead our elite training staff to expand clientele and retention through quality programming.

You will hit daily sales metrics, recruit and develop top trainers, and drive a competitive, rewarding environment with uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement. A brand-new gym opening complements this role with comprehensive benefits.

Our Compensation:

• Competitive pay
• Sales Commissions and bonuses
• Unlimited earning potential – no cap on commissions or bonuses.
• First year earnings potential of $75-100k.
